I would do anything for love…

… but I won’t do that

Just singing.. Corny much?

Seriously, one of the big things I did for love is moving to another country for good. While my love also did his part by relocating to the city where I live with my Mom. I thought I wouldn’t want to move any farther, even to the next city from my Mom’s place.

Now that we’re married and yet still undecided on where to live permanently, I think I would be more than willing to move anywhere he wants because I know he knows what’s best for us. It might be a little hard on my part at first but eventually I’d be happier for sure. I trust him.

Anyway, we still have lots of time to decide about that.

For now, we are much more relaxed and happily living to our new sweet home that I’m willing to be more organized and minimalist. I’m now willing to decorate our living room to his taste which is Asian Style, while I decide on the rest..

Red Alert

Apparantly, I don’t have much red things but I love to have a little dab of it to make an accent. Red is happy an fun and definitely goes so fast. I think red rules among all the colors. You don’t need a lot of it to make an impact.

So here, look at my desk…

What do you see?

Our one and only Elmo (a gift from Ate Seiko –i miss her), a Starbucks Tumblr, my organizer, and my red wallpaper…

more red here

On being Spiritual or Religious

I guess I am more of a flexible spiritual person, rather than religious. I believe that there is God, no matter how many religions are there in the world. Religions seems have different paths but all have the same goal. Definitely I have nothing against religious people. I think our differences are what make us beautiful.

As of now, I don’t associate with any religion, although I was born and raised Catholic, and still am.
I grew up believing in Jesus Christ as the son of God. I have friends who are religious and I’ve attended different churches meetings upon request. I heard a lot of stories that said their religion has helped them through hard times which I think is wonderful.

However, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t get myself to really embrace any of it (yet). Although I still love to learn about them, listen and be inspired with the stories on how they affect the world’s people. I also enjoy reading Christian/Spritual Blogs (such as by Sir Mel) once in awhile.

I believe in God and I pray to Him. I believe in Ora et Labora -prayer and work.
I have love and compassion for most people and  living things.
I am respectful of people of all faiths and beliefs if they are sincere and/or well thought-out.

Well for me,  perhaps, those things are what matter most.
