For those who doesn’t know yet, Instagram is an iphone app that is just photos. A whole new way to spy people lol Not just photos, but also a way to interact with people from whole wide world who has the same interest.

Lately I have been doodling a lot. I got inspired from my friends in instagram. Wanna share how I doodled my lil Anzy’s family finger puppets that come with inspirational quotes on each photo.

Before I end this post, I would like to acknowledge the man I have highly respect of, the man behind our favorite gadgets, Steve Jobs.  It’s a really sad thing to realize there are very few truly genius and inspiring people among us. He is a legend, an incredible man with an incredible mind.

Rest in Peace Steve Jobs!  Your story will surely inspire us and the future generation to trust their instincts, go for their dreams. Thank you for making the world closer and life easier.

Yes I know, I have neglected this blog for awhile but I won’t give this up. Besides, I’ll gonna have more time starting next month. I really miss blogging. I miss sharing and interacting with my readers and fellow blogger friends.

Anyway, I wanna share this inspirational story which is perfect to describe my recent iphoneography.

Sometimes we ask ourselves: What did I do to deserve this? Why does God let these things happen to me?
You know when you’re feeling low, you should remember it’s just part of life ~those heartaches, disappointments, diffiulties ~

Here’s the explanation.

A daughter is telling her Mother how everything is going wrong, she’s failing algebra, her boyfriend broke up with her and her best friend is moving away.

In times so sad, a good mother knows just the thing to cheer up her daughter… “I make a delicious cake” In that moment the mother hugged her daughter and walked her to the kitchen, while her daughter attempted to smile.

While the mother prepared the utensils and ingredients, her daughter sat across from her at the counter. Her mother asks, “Sweetheart, would you like a piece of cake?” Her daughter replies, “Sure,mom, you know how I love cake.”

“Alright…” the mother said “Drink some of this cooking oil.” the daughter was shocked and responded, “What?!? No way!!!”

“How about a couple of raw eggs?” To this the daughter responded, “Are you kidding?”

“How about a little flour then? Or maybe baking soda?”
“No, mom, I’ll be sick! Those are all yucky”

The mother responded, “All of these things are uncooked and taste bad, but if you put them together… They make a delicious cake. God works the same way. Many times we wonder why He would let us go through such bad and difficult times. But God knows that when He puts these things all in His order, they always work for good! We just have to trust Him and, eventually, they will all make something wonderful!”

We don’t need to settle for the raw ingredients, just trust in Him and wait for something good to happen.

God loves us so much… He send us flowers every spring… He makes the sun rise every morning…

And anytime you need to talk… He is there to listen! He can live anywhere in the universe… But He choses to live in your heart!

Anyway, I want to share my recent post from my tumblr blog here.

I had a bad dream awhile ago.. I forgot the detailed plot but I saw my Honeyb was dead in my dreams. OMG when I woke up, I went downstairs and saw honey smoking his cigs in the kitchen. I felt relieved that I hugged him and tears just kept on falling.

I hate bad dreams. From now on, I’ll make our room cooler coz they say, when you’re feeling hot while sleeping, you’ll have nightmares. Have you noticed whenever you are sick, or running a fever, you experience a vivid imagery or bad dreams?

I also read in the net that eating spicy foods on some evenings may affect our nighttime rest, if not our tendency toward bad dream. The explanation is that spicy food can elevate body temperatures and thus disrupt sleep. Last night we had our dinner at an Indian Restaurant. OMG!

I love my hubs more than ever and I just realized that he is the most important pillar in our family. He brings out the best and worst in me. He inspires me and has  contributed much in my life. I can’t imagine life without him.

Any death of a loved one or friend will surely crush me. That’s why I always pray and thank God every day and night for keeping my family and friends safe

We may be unlucky to have been grown up in a broken family, without a mom by our side during our growing up years for some reasons that we fully understand and accepted, but we’re so lucky, SO LUCKY and BLESSED to have a father like our Dad who’s surrounded by supportive family and friends who have also been there to look after us, showered us with love and care.

I never realized how our Dad ever love us so much when I become a mom. I can still remember all the things that we’ve been through — thick and thin, good times and bad times — and I love talking about them with Honeyb over and over. He’s one of our favorite subject.

Well according to my hubby, I’m more like him. At first I denied the similarities, but now I’m kinda loving what we share in common. We’re cool, friendly, responsible parent, down-to-earth, cowboy, walk-out king and queen, happy-go-lucky (but i retired from that), not kuripot, open minded, matured, and a lot more that you’ll love to love and love to hate as well lol

It’s been really quite awhile that I havent mentioned yet that I’m now addicted to taking pictures with my phone? Yep. I dont dream of having my own dslr anymore because my phone has it all. It’s incredibly simple and easy to use. I guess I can say that I am currently an Iphone Junkie.

I’m so addicted with Instagram, and so as with Steply and Lemeleme. Those apps make me feel like a real photographer I gained instafriends too and I’m so loving them.. (add me @blissfulqueen)

When I was a kid, I remember going to my grandma’s house in Manila every weekend, bringing my favorite toy cars. I didn’t like playing with dolls or stuff toys. However, whenever I play with my cousin who lives with our grandma then, I would let her play my toys while she lends me her collection of Barbie dolls. It was fun to play with her dolls but what really fascinates me more was my grandma’s Matryoshka dolls. I love breaking them down to get to the tiniest little doll tucked away inside. I wasn’t actually allowed to play with it, but always did when grandma wasn’t around, lol.

Just like me, Azumi loves cars but I think she would be happy to play with nesting dolls. just like what I did when I was a kid. I would dearly love to have my own Matryoshka dolls, the authentics ones that are made in Russia .  When the time comes, I would spoil my grandchildren by letting them play my dolls every time they visit me

I almost forgot about these dolls but I really adore them, bring back some good childhood memories.

I have tried a lot of different breeds of beef from Philippines, Australia, Canada, and US, but none of them beats the juicyness of a Japanese Steak.

The best steak treat I had so far was KOBE BEEF which I had eaten for the first time few years ago. It was the best. It may be a little expensive but totally worth the experience. I’m dying to have that kind of dinner again this year, if our pockets allow us.

Did you know that Kobe beef is the beef that Kobe Bryant was named after? So it has to be good. It is a special beef from a breed of cattle called Wagyu. They say that this beef is the most prestigious and expensive meat in the culinary world. No wonder why its tastes so good because the Wagyu cattles are meticulously cared that results tender, juicy, buttery and marbleized meat…

OH NO just describing it makes me Oh lalala —- I WANT TO EAT KOBE BEEF!

ANNA SUI 15th Happy Anniversary in Japan e-mook for only ￥1,200 ($12~)

It includes a large tote bag measuring 40x29x12cm and a bronze metal butterfly charm. Another nice and fab addition to my Cheap pleasure collection.

The bag is made of waterproof polyester material and has a slight sheen. It features an embroidery print of Anna Sui logo and glitter accents. Plus the charm is extremely well done. On the whole, the bag is quite well-made and I love the color combination of black and purple, the inner drawstring tie-up to close the bag, and the size itself, perfect for me since I always bring extra bag for Azumi’s diapers, wet tissues, towelettes, etc.

As for the book/magazine, it features the Anna Sui 2011 Spring Collection of bags, accessories, clothes and make up. It also has some photos of the designer’s house.

I absolutely love this bag.

Hi I’m Bambie, 28, moved to Tokyo Japan after I graduated from college (2003) to grab the opportunities of having a wonderful career while living with my mom and make up for the lost time of not being together since I was 12.
My original plan was to stay here until I acquire a Permanent Residency and save alot of money to start a business in the Philippines. Life doesn’t always turn out like you plan because I met a wonderful Japanese man that I never thought would change my life so soon on 2005. Language barrier and cultural differences has never became an issue. Dated exclusively for 2 years and now married for 3 years, blessed with a beautiful little girl whom Im so inlove with (read more about me…)
