Honesty is a very important quality in every relationship. Honesty leads to trust, depth, safety and understanding in a relationship. Withholding important infos and some other thigs from your partner can lead to mistrust and distance.
Glad me and honeyB were never a fan of secrets and lies. We basically have already talked about everything, including our worst experiences in the past, family problems, as in everything that we need to know. We have nothing to hide anymore.. Although we understand that there are some things that don’t need to be talked about. Those things that have nothing to do in our relationship. That doesn’t mean we keep secrets.. .Let’s just say we respect each other’s privacy.
We trust and know each other enough that there’s no need for interrogation. I don’t do that, he doesn’t do that either. I’m just so lucky to have such an open and broad minded partner/hubby. I don’t think I could ever do such thing to lose his trust.. And I assume, he feels the same way =)
