I guess almost all Pinoys in the world were shocked and saddened by the news that another great artist indeed passed away. I was trying to avoid watching news thru tfc, reading forums because it’s really sad. OH well, I’ve never been so affected this way by any other artist who passed away. Tears just can’t help falling from my eyes while watching the TV Highlights about FrancisM. I always admire him for being a family man, the way he and Pia brought up their kids… The way he empasized Patriotism and Nationalism thru his songs without being uncool, and they were all acceptable. He is an ICON. Until the end, he never stopped giving inspirations to many. He was actually planning to write a book about his life, from good times to the pains, to give hope to others. Too bad, he didn’t make it.
I also admire his wife Pia for being realistic and strong. Everybody knows how much she supported his husband from the beginning of his career… . They’re indeed perfect for each other.
In the end, it was a sad and yet a happy Farewell for Francis M. His life was a real HAPPY BATTLE.

i kinda cried to when i saw it on tv.. it’s really sad.. i’m not a fan but he was such a nice person.. it was really unexpected coz i thought he’s going to be okay soon after the chemo and stuffs.. *sigh* and his wife and familty is very supportive and very strong.. he and his wife were truly perfect for each other.

I sooo love Francis M. And until now nasa-sad parin ako sa pagkawala nya. I’ve been listening to his songs since he died. I cried all time everytime I see him on TV.
